Orchid: Eco Low Radiation
When delivered, the Eco Low Radiation mode is active for Orchid telephones.
The base station only sends when a call is made.
Additionally to the Eco Low Radiation mode, you can limit the maximum sending performance manually:
Example: Orchid LR7610/7620T, Orchid LR8610/8620T or Orchid LR4610/4620T

There is a slide switch at the bottom of the Orchid base station for limiting the sending performance. Your advantage: The sending performance is in the switch setting “Low Radiation” permanently limited. Please note that simultaneously the range between base station and handset is reduced. When delivered the switch is in the setting of “Low Radiation”

For enabling the maximum range you can set the switch on “Automatic”. Your advantage: the sending performance of the base station adapts itself to the distance of the handset. |
The base station only sends when you are telephoning, this is not depending on the switch setting! | ||
